Our Sitters are based in various locations on the Gold Coast and offer you and your pets the best care available while you’re away and unable to take them with you. While we understand this can be a difficult time for both dog and owner we will work very hard to make the stay as comfortable and with the least amount of anxiety or stress placed upon your dog. Having worked with many dogs whom suffer anxiety depression we are used to having to make special exceptions for them. We are happy to help support all dogs with varied needs and diets but must know as much information as possible prior to your leaving. This is to best serve your dog during their stay with us. We allow your dog to interact and live with us as if it were our own. Alternatively you may opt to have one of our Sitters come to your home. Please check that you have completed all questions of this form accurately and have included all relevant information. It is your responsibility to check all names, phone numbers, etc. correctly. By accepting and agreeing to the declaration at bottom of this form, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This is a legal document and should be read carefully!

If an event arises that requires a replacement sitter it is agreed that this sitter will be suitably qualiﬁed and able to fulﬁl sit responsibilities.

No responsibility will be taken if the pet(s) escapes or for any injuries to the pet(s) that occur as a result of agreed environment provided, or instructions by the owner – ie: to allow the pet to run free on property or off lead in the park. In the unlikely event your pet(s) escape, the sitter will implement all reasonable eﬀorts to locate and return your pet(s) safely.

If any pet needs urgent veterinary care, the client is responsible for all veterinary charges incurred. Sitter will wherever possible use clients vet but in the event this is not possible sitter has permission to use another vet.
