Refund Policy
Please note that ALL CANCELLATIONS are subject to a 25% Fee. This is to cover the Processing Fee we are charged to process and complete your booking. All Refunds are conducted within the terms set out by our Refund Policy. Cancellations with more than 72 hrs notice of booking will be completely refunded, minus the 25% Processing Fee. Any cancellation within 72hrs of booking (3 Days) will not be refunded as we cannot fill this space. In the unlikely event we can re-use this space, we will refund your fee minus the 25% Processing Fee as per our Refund Policy.
